About the album.

( ) is the third studio album by Icelandic band Sigur Rós, originally released in 2002. Its eight songs are officially untitled and sung in "Vonlenska" (Hopelandic), a wordless invented language of pure vocal sound that leaves meaning entirely to the listener; the title, sleeve, and booklet were left blank by design. The album falls into two halves: a lighter, luminous first side and a darker, heavier second that culminates in "Popplagið," one of the band's most overwhelming crescendos.

This reissue is pressed across two 180-gram LPs on the band's own Krúnk label, housed in a die-cut sleeve that echoes the album's blank ( ) artwork.
