About the album.
Demon Days is Gorillaz' 2005 second album, a darker alternative rock and hip-hop record recorded at Studio 13 in London and produced primarily with Danger Mouse. Damon Albarn and Jamie Hewlett widened the project's circle of collaborators, bringing in De La Soul, Neneh Cherry, Martina Topley-Bird, Roots Manuva, MF Doom, Ike Turner, Shaun Ryder and Dennis Hopper. The album topped the UK chart and produced the singles Feel Good Inc., DARE, Dirty Harry, and Kids With Guns with El Mañana. This limited edition cuts the full album to a single half-speed mastered LP in a three-colour blend of green, purple and red. Each disc is individually hand-pressed.
