DJ Shadow - Endtroducing…..
2LP • Abbey Road Half-Speed Master
Made entirely from samples, soul, jazz, spoken word, all of it lifted from the crates. No band, no instruments, just an MPC and an impossible ear. It's the record that proved sampling was composition, and the one every producer since has had to answer to. Half-speed cut at Abbey Road, and it has never sounded this deep.
“Great website experience and some absolute crackers to choose from, matched by swift delivery.”

About the album.
Endtroducing….. is the 1996 debut album by DJ Shadow, the recording name of California producer Josh Davis. Assembled almost entirely from fragments of vinyl, obscure soul, jazz, rock and spoken word pulled from crates of second-hand records, it is widely credited as the first album built solely from samples. Made on an Akai MPC60 at The Glue Factory in San Francisco, it became a landmark of instrumental hip-hop and a cornerstone of the trip-hop era.
This 25th anniversary edition was remastered from the original tapes and cut at half-speed by Miles Showell at Abbey Road Studios. It's pressed across two LPs in a gatefold sleeve with printed inner sleeves.
