About the album.

Giddy Up / Big Attraction collects the first two EPs by Melbourne punk and garage rock band Amyl and The Sniffers, paired on a single LP for the tenth anniversary of the first. Giddy Up arrived in February 2016, four tracks that fill Side A, written and recorded across a single afternoon by four people who had not played together before that day. Big Attraction followed in March 2017 and takes up Side B, six tracks including I'm Not A Loser, Balaclava Lover Boogie and Westgate. The two EPs were first issued together on vinyl in 2018 through Homeless Records, and the pairing has been repressed several times since.

This 2026 edition arrives on B2B Records, remastered and housed in a gatefold sleeve built around Chris Sutherland's 2017 band photograph. The gatefold carries a new essay by Amy Taylor along with previously unpublished behind-the-scenes photography by Jamie Wdziekonski from the band's earliest years.
