Jar of Flies, originally released in 1994, is Alice In Chains' third EP and one of the most acclaimed releases of the grunge era. Recorded as a 4x platinum EP, it includes the hit songs "I Stay Away," "No Excuses," and "Nutshell." Stripping back the heavier, distorted sound of Dirt in favour of acoustic textures, strings, and a quieter sense of menace, the EP became one of the band's defining statements and remains a touchstone of '90s alternative rock. This 30th anniversary reissue brings the EP back to vinyl on remastered audio, marking three decades since its original release.
