About the album.

Terrestrials is the eleventh studio album by Perth psychedelic rock band Pond, released 19 June 2026 through their own Mangovision imprint via Secretly Distribution. Produced by Pond and mastered by Heba Kadry. The album was conceived as a leaner, more direct record than previous Pond releases, the band set themselves a deliberate brief: no fuzz pedals, no ballads. Drawing on the jangly pub-rock and open-sky melancholia of a particular era of Australian rock, Terrestrials is a ten-track set of urgent, politically charged psych rock, touching on Indigenous rights, environmental destruction, and the contradictions at the heart of modern Australia. Band members: Nick Allbrook (vocals), Jay Watson, Joe Ryan, Jamie Terry, and James Ireland. This Seabird Blue pressing is limited to 2,500 copies worldwide.
