The Stone Roses - The Stone Roses
Black Vinyl • Debut Album
The Stone Roses still sounds like it is walking into the room with complete belief. The guitars shimmer. The rhythm section swings. Ian Brown barely raises his voice, but the whole thing carries a ridiculous amount of confidence. It is loose, bright, arrogant and completely magnetic. This is where indie rock, psychedelia, Manchester attitude and dance-floor lift all start leaning into each other. I Wanna Be Adored opens the door. She Bangs the Drums lets the light in. I Am the Resurrection refuses to leave quietly. A debut with no small gestures. Baggy before the word became shorthand. Timeless before anyone had caught up.
“Great website experience and some absolute crackers to choose from, matched by swift delivery.”

About the album.
Originally released on 2 May 1989, The Stone Roses is the debut studio album from English band The Stone Roses. Released through Silvertone Records and produced by John Leckie, the album became one of the defining British indie records of the late 1980s and a major influence on the alternative rock and Britpop movements that followed.
Featuring I Wanna Be Adored, She Bangs the Drums, Waterfall, Made of Stone and I Am the Resurrection, the album brings together jangling guitars, psychedelic colour, dance-influenced rhythm and Ian Brown’s understated vocal delivery. It remains one of the most celebrated British debut albums of its era.
